Acceptance of Terms
By engaging DigiTurbo Marketing Solution for any service, or by using our website, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services or website.
Our Services
DigiTurbo provides digital marketing services including SEO, Google Ads, social media marketing, website development, lead generation, branding and specialised Spa & Wellness marketing. Specific deliverables are defined in each agreed proposal or statement of work.
Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to provide timely access, information, approvals and assets required to deliver services. Delays in providing inputs may affect timelines and outcomes. Clients are responsible for the accuracy of information and content they supply.
Fees & Payments
Fees, payment schedules and scope are outlined in your individual agreement. Unless stated otherwise, invoices are payable as per the agreed terms. Work may be paused if payments are overdue.
Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, final deliverables created for a client transfer to the client for their use. DigiTurbo retains the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio. Third-party assets remain subject to their respective licenses.
Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential information private and to use it only for the purpose of delivering or receiving services. This obligation survives the end of any engagement.
No Guarantees
While we work to improve your visibility, traffic and leads, digital marketing outcomes depend on many factors outside our control. We do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic volumes or sales figures.
Termination
Either party may end an engagement per the notice period in the agreement. Upon termination, fees for work completed up to that point become payable and access to shared assets is arranged.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, DigiTurbo's liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru.
